The Odysseus is the company's first sporty watch with a stainless steel bracelet and waterproof design.
The long-awaited announcement was made on October 1994, 10, 24 years after the revival on October 25, 2019.

The name is a combination of the German words "Datumanzeige" meaning date display and "Automatischer Aufzug" meaning automatic winding.
It is a familiar two-window outsize date, but it is an "outsize day date" with a date display at the 2 o'clock position and a day of the week display at the 3 o'clock position, making it easy to read.
What makes this Outsize Day-Date so revolutionary is its operability.
It has a very simple mechanism that allows you to advance the date and day of the week in 1 day increments using the push buttons on the top and bottom of the crown.
A big appeal of the company is that it specializes in usability.
