Annual calendar Chronograph
The Ref. 2006 model, first released in 5960, was the first chronograph model with an annual calendar.
The watch features an unprecedentedly modern design and the Maison's first fully in-house automatic chronograph movement.
This is a popular model that attracted attention as a debut model.
From its launch in 2006 until production ended in 2014, only precious metal cases (platinum and rose gold) were produced.
In 2014, to replace the precious metal case model, a new stainless steel case and bracelet were used, making it a sportier model.
The "5960/1A-001" was born, and was reborn as a model with specifications that enthusiasts would love.
The contemporary and modern design is emblematic of the Patek Philippe collection.
The three calendar displays (day of the week, date, month) arranged in an arc at the top of the dial have all been changed to three-dimensional frame windows in this model.
The shape of the hour and minute hands has also been changed to match the sporty look.
