Valid for 2 years from the date of purchase

2. Warranty details

We will repair free of charge only for natural defects that occur under normal use conditions after purchase from our store.
However, under no circumstances will we be responsible for the actual cost of repairs requested by a party other than our company.

However, the following cases will be charged or will not be covered by the warranty.

1. Loss or theft
2. Breakdown or damage caused by carelessness or improper handling
3. When the manufacturer determines that the product is within the acceptable range due to its functionality and product characteristics.
4. Breakdown or damage caused by fire, flood, accident or natural disaster
5. Damage or breakdown of the exterior of the watch, such as the case, strap, windshield, or crown
6. Damage to the winding core, mainspring, etc.
7. Changes in appearance caused by use, aging, and natural deterioration (damage or discoloration of the exterior material and dial)
8. Breakdowns or damage caused by impact, dropping, or water getting into the machine
9. If the product has been repaired or processed (altered or modified) by anyone other than our company after purchase

(Points to note)

• Even if the product is within the warranty period, if we carry out repairs or adjustments at your request that we deem unnecessary, a fee will be charged.
• Please note that we will not be able to lend you a replacement unit while your unit is under repair.
• We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by product defects.
• If you sell the product you purchased to another store, the warranty will be void.
