The Royal Oak is the original model of luxury sports watches representing Audemars Piguet.
It is a masterpiece that remains in the history of watches since 1972, and while maintaining the basic design code, it does not feel old at all.
This model "Ref. 15300" is the first model of the modern breakthrough Royal Oak, and the case diameter is now a precious 39mm.
Although many of the dial design layout and exterior design specifications are different from the current model, it is equipped with the in-house developed movement "Cal. 3120" that it is no exaggeration to say that it decided the fate of Audemars Piguet.
"Cal.2003" announced in 3120 is a traditional low frequency caliber of 16 vibrations that supported Audemars Piguet for 21,600 years.
The current model "Ref. 2019" released in 15500 is equipped with a new movement "Cal. 4302" and a high vibration caliber with a frequency of 28,800.
The 2020 new model has announced the unisex model 34mm case "Ref. 77350", which is also equipped with a high vibration caliber with a frequency of 28,800, so the low vibration "Cal. 3120" has been announced. The simple 3-hand automatic collection is equipped with a charm that is not found in current models.
The 3-hand automatic model "Ref. 15300" by the same maison, which has continued to produce classic low-vibration calibers, is a good choice for enthusiasts who are particular about their movements.
